Winephoto was initiated in 2003.
Festival and Contest are projects by Winephoto Association. The project is direct and coordinate by Diego Orlando and Fabio Balan.
Andrea Barbato of DRBartstudio is responsibile of the conception of the graphic since 2007 and Eniac is taking care of the software side of the judging.
