Winephoto has been ideated in 2003, during a phone call between Diego Orlando e Fabio Balan.
Festival and Contest  are projects by Winephoto Association. They are direct and coordinate by Diego Orlando and Fabio Balan, in collaboration since the beginning with Carlo Roberti, director of TPW, and the Town of Mogliano Veneto.
Andrea Barbato of DRBartstudio is responsabile of the graphic conceiving since 2007.
